Furnace Tests
Furnaces with a maximum temperature of 1125°C (2057°F) and ovens up to 225°C. Capable of running qualification tests such as GMRT2472 as well as others.
Testing Equipment
In addition to single-use and multi-use thermal solutions, we also have value-added products and services. These include 3D printers, 3D scanners, SEM, NMR, DTA/GTA as well as a plethora of analytical/test equipment.
Fire Tests
Flame/fire tests are used to simulate the qualification tests such as EUROCAE ED-112, TSO-C123b, TSO-C124b as well as others. The flame/fire test can be run consistently for multiple hours and produces flame temperatures up to 1980°C (3596°F) and energy flux up to 110,000 BTU/ft²/hr (347 kW/m²) for testing over-and-above those certification requirements, and will provide realistic data that will be obtained in the qualification test.
